Every Sunday · 1pm · Cambridge
A Sunday.
Made social.
No booking, no fixed workout and no pressure—just a regular time and a welcoming place to meet people and decide what happens next.
A time and a place—not an organised event
Turn up. Say hello. Make your own Sunday.
Social Sundays are deliberately informal. Social Fitness provides the recurring time and location, but does not organise, lead or supervise a meet-up. There may not be a host and attendance will vary from week to week.
Come for a coffee and see who is there. You might plan a run, a walk or a game of tennis together, then return to Sage afterwards for another coffee—or, if you have smashed a personal best, a well-earned slice of cake.
- No booking or attendance list
- No planned class or fixed activity
- Use Signal to arrange your own meet and workout
- Everyone chooses activities within their own abilities
Your Sunday meeting point
Start at Sage of Cambridge.
Meet inside Sage at 1pm. If people are already there, ask whether they are part of Social Fitness. If you arrive first, order a drink, take a seat and let the Signal community know you are there.
That is not a failed meet-up. Enjoy your coffee, use Signal to arrange another activity and help shape what future Sundays become. The purpose is to create opportunity, not promise attendance.
A Social Fitness member benefit
Movement deserves a good coffee.
Simply mention that you are part of Social Fitness when ordering at Sage of Cambridge.
Available specifically during the Social Sundays meet-up from 1pm.
At other times and on any other day of the week.
